The goal of this 12 weeks 10 min max calorie air bike program is to complete 3 sessions a week building towards a personal best. The program will consist of different distance and time domains to help build your aerobic capacity. You will also be testing your 7 min max meters during this program. During the 12 weeks, you will learn about the monitor and how to pace using specific RPM goals. I truly believe paying attention to these numbers is vital in success on this machine. RPM should be easier to track vs watts.  Remember just like anything else in life consistency is key.
